William has been licensed since 1998 and gained his broker license in 2003. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1987 with a B.S. in Psychology. His expertise was acquired in the insurance and investment arena before becoming an entrepreneur servicing large corporate client’s fleet needs before relocating to Arizona. He brings expertise in the fields Real Estate, Investments, Property Management, Sales, Marketing, Construction and Management. 

Terri has been licensed as a realtor since 2003. She graduated from San Diego State University in 1987 with a B.A. in Interior Design. She worked in Commercial Architecture as a project manager before moving into real estate. She has extensive knowledge in the fields of Real Estate, Property Management, Architecture, Staging, Construction, Sales, Marketing, and Management.

Licensed since 2006, She provides extensive experience consulting clients through the process of purchasing, selling and leasing condominiums, townhomes, and single family residences.
