Our Property Management fees are broken into 3 categories. All three services are priced as a combined fee. We have no hidden fees.

Leasing Fee -The leasing fee is for the services of advertising, showing and screening prospective tenants your home. The Fee is $495* per rental contract.

Management Fee - The Management Fee is for the services of Maintaining, Repairing and Collecting the rents of your home. The fee starts at $75 per month and can go up to $175 for homes that are renting at and above $2000 per month.

Hold Over’s/Renewals/Start up Fees - We have a onetime set up fee of $10 for accounting. Hold Over and Renewals have a $100 Fee for writing an extension for a new contract.

* This fee does not include MLS listings of homes. Should you want your home listed on the MLS, the additional fees will range from $200 up to 5% of an annual contract in order to compete in differant areas around the Phoenix Valley.
