Our Property Management services are priced as a combined fee. We have no hidden fees, no start up costs and a 90 day guarantee with our tenant placement. For investors with multiple properties, please contact us for more information.

 Leasing Fee -The Fee is $495* per rental contract.

 Management Fee - The Management Fee is 9% of the rent per month with a $75 per month minimum a maximum of $175 for homes that are renting at and above $2000 per month.

Hold Over’s/Renewals/Start up Fees - We have a one time set up fee of $10 for accounting. Hold Over and Renewals have a $100 Fee.

* This fee includes most area's of Maricopa County. The market conditions change all the time and may require addtional MLS costs to remain competitve in the market place.
