1. QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTAL APPLICATIONS: Some exceptions may apply. We do not base your acceptance on your credit score alone. We look at your application as a whole. We take into considerations your work, credit, rental and criminal history combined.
CREDIT HISTORY: Foreclosure and bankruptcy are acceptable providing the rest of your payments have been made since.
WORK HISTORY:
A. Minimum six months steady work history (a transfer from another state is acceptable).
B. Salary (before taxes) should be at least two times the monthly rental amount.
C. Income and employment must be verifiable. We can use check stubs from your employer, bank statements, or tax returns if self-employed.
RENTAL HISTORY: You must not have any unpaid rental judgments in the past three years.
